The doors were still locked for another twenty minutes but
there was a line around the block. Hundreds had shown up for the grand opening
and they looked hungry. The capacity was only a hundred people; hopefully the
tables would turn quickly.
Wages were low in the area, but so was the cost of living. A
decent waitress could make enough to save for retirement without worrying about
the bills. She checked her top and unlocked the doors.
What is so special that there is a line around the block? Is she checking to make sure her top is buttoned or unbuttoned?
